HOMEMADE CEREAL


Ingredients

100g buckwheat flakes (or substitute gluten free oats, rice flakes or quinoa flakes) 3 tablespoons of toasted coconut flakes 1 tbsp walnuts

1 tbsp macadamias 1 tbsp sultanas Sprinkle of cinnamon

Method

1 Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and top with the milk. Enjoy.
