Ingredients

Handful of lettuce leaves Handful spinach 1⁄2 avocado 1 pear

1 stalk celery Juice of 1⁄2 lime 25g vanilla protein powder (optional) Water as desired

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender, add desired amount of water or unsweetened milk and blend to make your perfectsmoothie.
